Globus Group strives to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions. Due to the specialized nature of consulting and certification services, refunds are limited to specific cases as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued only when:

Payment was made in error or duplicated

The service has not yet been initiated

A written cancellation request is received before project commencement


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Once documentation, audit, or consultancy deliverables are shared

For services already rendered, reports delivered, or certificates issued

For third-party or accreditation body fees already paid

For international payment processing fees or currency conversion losses


3. Refund Process

Eligible refunds are processed within 10–15 working days

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method

International refund timing may vary due to cross-border banking procedures


4. Disputes

In case of dispute, clients may contact accounts@globus-group.org.
Refunds will be handled in line with the contract, proposal, or quotation agreed upon
