Globus Group provides services and deliverables primarily in digital form, with optional physical document delivery.

1. Types of Delivery

Digital: Most deliverables (manuals, certificates, reports) are shared via secure email or cloud links (Google Drive / Dropbox).

Physical: If requested, printed documents or certificates are sent via courier or registered mail.

2. Delivery Timeline

Digital delivery: within 3–10 working days after payment confirmation

Physical dispatch: within 5–15 working days, depending on location and courier service

Large or multi-phase projects: timeline as mutually agreed

3. Delivery Charges

Digital delivery: Free

Physical delivery: Courier and customs charges (if applicable) to be borne by the client

4. International Deliveries

Documents are shipped via reliable global carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, TCS International)

Delivery times vary by region (generally 7–21 working days)

Tracking information will be provided where applicable

5. Non-Delivery or Delay

If documents are not received within the expected period, please contact support@globus-group.org with your order ID and reference number.
